Women’s March Miami 2020

By | Events

We’ve heard your call and WE ARE MARCHING in MIAMI in 2020 to commemorate our beginnings and finish (or continue ;)) what we started! We will RALLY for our Lobby Day on Jan 22 (as part of a greater reproductive justice coalition) where we will face legislation that aims to strip us of our body autonomy and dignity.

We can only release the location and date at this time, which was selected mindful of MLK weekend. Please note that this year’s MLK parade in Liberty City is on Monday, January 20th! We know you don’t like uncertainty, but details are coming soon! Yes, we are working on permits!

We will need items donated and LOTS of volunteers especially for marshaling. Please complete this Volunteer/Donation Form if you can help:

Miami Science Week

A week of science connecting the March for Science and the March for Climate has kicked off! There’s still plenty to do, see and learn: Learn about our galaxy, the changing seas, the impact of climate change, as well as Miami’s shark conservation and coral restoration efforts. You can also enjoy an evening of science trivia at Miami’s most scenic marine bar, help with restoration of our natural dunes, or go for an informative Audubon Society bird walk.
